Cotton States Baseball League - North Division Player Agreement

The Cotton States Baseball League - North Division Player Agreement must be signed by the player, team and league upon player acceptance into this league.  This league is not a host home league.  This league requires a $621.00 fee for position players and a $465.75 fee for pitchers to participate in the league.

Players may elect with the approval of team and league officials to obtain Player Business Sponsorships (see form below) to subsidize their costs of participation in the CSBL.
